The HKT Smart Living Awards is the first recognition scheme in Hong Kong to combine the concepts of Interior Design and Smart Living, with the aim of rewarding outstanding achievement in incorporating smart technology into residential projects. Using the system installed in different corners of the home through a wireless system, the owner can easily manage the lighting, curtains, air-conditioning, exhaust, and fans in the home through the mobile phone.
IDA Design Award (International Design Award), one of the most authoritative international design awards in the United States. This awarded project is inspired by the mountain scenery of the surroundings. Light-colored marble and wood are selected for the wall and floor, giving the whole unit a natural and warm atmosphere.
